NutriSap offers nutritional supplements, wellness products, and personalised dietary consultation services. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Product images, descriptions, and nutritional information are provided for general informational purposes. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or content are error-free, complete, or current. Actual product appearance may vary slightly from images shown.

Consultation services are provided by or under the direct supervision of Nehul Ghore, Certified Nutritionist. These services are for general wellness guidance only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician before making significant changes to your diet or supplement regimen.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment integration is currently in progress. Orders are recorded as pending and a NutriSap team member will contact you to confirm and arrange payment before fulfilment. No payment is processed automatically at this stage.

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.

Orders over ₹5,000 qualify for free standard shipping. A flat shipping fee of ₹200 applies to orders below this threshold. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the courier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours.

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

For all other returns, we accept unopened products in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has commenced. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned goods and are issued to the original payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
